Nola Girl Jam is a celebration of women in jazz music and dance. The 3 day festival is packed full of community activities for both men and women to explore the history of the female voice in American jazz culture, and to interact with and be entertained by those continuing the traditions today.

Join us for a wild, welcoming weekend full of evening concerts, musical jam sessions, late night parties, social dances, a broad curriculum of informal and formal dance classes for both women and men, documentary films, all girl dance troupe performances, a vintage fashion, performances by well-known local female vocalists and musicians, and casual meet ups and hang out sessions to inform, share, and display our collective love of jazz music and dance…Nola Girl Jam 2013 will be an unforgettable weekend!
